What humidity levels can I set on the Aeroid dehumidifier, and how does its smart humidistat maintain target humidity?

The Aeroid dehumidifier supports a customizable humidity range from 10% to 98% RH, adjustable in 1% increments to suit different spaces. Once the humidity reaches the target level, the unit will automatically pause to save energy. When the humidity rises 3% or more above the set point, the unit restarts automatically to maintain a consistent level at all times.

What is the water tank capacity of the Aeroid dehumidifier?

The Aeroid dehumidifier is tankless, equipped only with a small internal water reservoir. It supports both gravity drainage and pump drainage—no water tank is needed for operation.

What operating modes does the Aeroid dehumidifier have, such as Auto, Continuous mode?

The Aeroid dehumidifier offers two main operating modes:

Auto Mode: The built-in smart humidistat constantly monitors ambient humidity and automatically adjusts operation to maintain your preset humidity level, keeping the environment stable and comfortable.

Continuous Mode: When set to the 10% humidity level, the dehumidifier runs continuously at full capacity for intensive, non-stop moisture removal.

Does the Aeroid dehumidifier feature auto-restart after a power outage, and how does this function work?

Yes, the Aeroid dehumidifier is equipped with a built-in auto‑restart function.

If the unit loses power during a power outage, it will automatically turn back on and resume operation once power is restored. It will also retain all your previous settings — including humidity level, operating mode, and drainage mode — so you don’t need to manually reset or reprogram the unit.

How do I activate and use the pump function on the Aeroid dehumidifier control panel?

To activate the pump function, simply press the UP or DOWN button on the control panel.

Once activated, the pump will run automatically to remove condensed water.

For optimal performance and component protection, the pump will continue running for at least 2 minutes to fully empty condensation before shutting off.

Troubleshooting

There is water at the bottom of my brand-new dehumidifier. Is this normal?

All Aeroid dehumidifiers undergo factory performance testing before packaging, so a small amount of residual water may remain. If leaking from the bottom continues after several uses, check that the drain hose is securely connected and condensation can drain properly. If the issue persists, contact the Aeroid support team for assistance.

My dehumidifier does not start. How to solve this?

The dehumidifier will start running when the set humidity is at least 3% lower than the ambient humidity. There is a 3‑minute compressor delay for protection. If the unit experiences frequent on/off cycles, please wait at least 3 minutes for the compressor to reset. Also check if the "Full" indicator is on, and ensure all drain hoses are securely connected for unobstructed drainage. If the unit still does not run, please contact the Aeroid support team.

Why is there unusual noise, odor, or warm air blowing from the unit?

Warm air blowing from the dehumidifier is normal during operation. If you notice unusual noise or a strange odor, please contact Aeroid support immediately for assistance.

The control panel is unresponsive or shows an error code. What should I do?

If the control panel is unresponsive, please contact Aeroid support for assistance or repair. If an error code appears on the display, write down the code and provide it to our support team for quick diagnosis.

My dehumidifier runs but does not collect or drain water. How to fix it?

If the dehumidifier runs but does not remove moisture:

  • Make sure the room humidity is higher than your set target.
  • Check that the drain hose is not kinked, clogged, or improperly installed.
  • For pump drainage, confirm the pump function is activated correctly.
  • Allow extra time in very dry or cool environments, as dehumidification will be slower. If the problem continues, contact Aeroid support.
