4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Aeroid with a unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Aeroid account on our website (aeroid.online) or using the order tracker tool on the homepage.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local carrier facility. 5.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Aeroid is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply, and the customer will be responsible for covering these fees.

If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office (as carriers may leave packages in secure locations). Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aeroid is no longer responsible for the package’s security or delivery. If the package is confirmed as lost or stolen by the carrier, you may contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance with initiating a carrier claim, you may reach out to us with your order details, and we will provide relevant documentation to support your claim.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country’s government are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aeroid has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and order value. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
